Refund policy

1. Transformation Requires Participation

Hashtag Publishing LLC and Stan Taylor sells transformation. Transformation requires participation. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," "disliking the tone," "lack of time," or "financial hardship."

We operate under a strict Performance-Based Guarantee. We assume the risk if you do the work and it fails. You assume the risk if you buy the work and fail to do it.

2. Digital Product Delivery & Access

2.1 BookFunnel Delivery All digital products (Ebooks and Audiobooks) are delivered securely via BookFunnel. Upon purchase, you will receive an email from BookFunnel with your unique download/streaming link. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

2.2 Revocation of Access In the event that a refund is issued for any reason, including chargebacks, your license to use the digital content is immediately terminated. Access to the content via BookFunnel will be permanently revoked.

3. The 90-Day "Do The Work" Guarantee

All products (Digital, Physical, and Bundles) are covered by a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee based on ineffectiveness. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to test the material.

3.1 Conditions for Refund (The "Skin in the Game" Clause) To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must demonstrate that you have applied the material. The Black Book of Power is a protocol, not a reading assignment. You must submit evidence of 21 Days of Documented Work within the 90-day window.

Specifically, you must email hello@stantaylor.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]" and attach:

  • a) Proof of Chapter 4 Execution: Photos or scans from your Journal (physical or digital) documenting your daily execution of the "Marble Statue" / Empathy Protocols for at least 21 consecutive days.

  • b) The "Parasite" Identification: A written summary (100+ words) of the specific internal "Parasite" you identified in Chapter 5 and the specific "Irreversible Action" you took to break its hold.

  • c) The Gap Analysis: A brief statement explaining the gap between the promised result (Sovereignty) and your actual result after doing the work.

3.2 Approval & Resolution If your evidence is approved, we will refund the full purchase price and ask that you return any physical products. Digital access will be revoked.

4. Physical Product Returns & Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping Responsibility In the event that a physical return is authorized (outside of the "Do The Work" guarantee, or if required by specific circumstances), the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

4.2 Non-Refundable Shipping Costs Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances. These funds are paid directly to third-party carriers (USPS/UPS/DHL) and cannot be recovered. If a refund is issued, it will be for the product price only, excluding shipping.

4.3 Damaged or Defective Items If your hardcover book or journal arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@stantaylor.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement. Refunds are not issued for damage; only replacements.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • a) Change of Mind: We do not accept returns because you "changed your mind" or "didn't like it."

  • b) Failure to Execute: Refusal to provide the documented journal evidence outlined in Section 3.1.

  • c) Expired Requests: Requests made after the 90-day window.

  • d) Technical Competence: Inability to open standard digital files or use the BookFunnel app.
